Limit intake of carbohydrates to 51g per day

Foods to avoid:
Sugar
Alcohol
Breads and pastries
Pasta, pizza
Milk (contains sugar)
High-carb veggies, such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn
High-carb grains, such as quinoa, rice, oats
High-carb fruits, such as bananas, apples, mangoes, dates, raisins
High-carb pulses , such as beans, lentils
Note:
No concern about moderate amount of food with high protein or high-fat ingredients
