1 Gallon of Milk
23 oz bottle of plain kefir
2 tablespoons of vanilla powder
3-4 tablespoons of honey or sugar (per your taste)
3 tablespoons of sour cream
½ cup of golden raisins (NOT dark/black)
Pour the milk into a pot and warm it until it reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit on medium heat
Add kefir and stir it slowly until it's all mixed
Keep the mix on low heat for one hour
Pour the mix into a cheese cloth and squeeze it until no liquid is left
Transfer the mix into a bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and stir it until it’s well mixed
Chill the mix in a refrigerator
Serve as a breakfast or a snack/desert. Keep it in a refrigerator. Recommended to be consumed within 7-14 days.
